The location of the hotel was quite acceptable for us, if you look at the map before booking, there are no surprises. There is a direct line from Haneda Airport, a little less than an hour from door to door, from the station it takes about 5 minutes, if without large luggage, an easy walk. Very close (1 min) is a metro station of another line, which takes 2-3 stops to the center, the area is quite quiet, the traffic is calm. Check-in is fast, the staff is polite, the lobby is quite presentable, although small. The standard room is expectedly small, both the room itself and the bathroom, but this is indicated in the description, there are no complaints about the hotel, if it does not suit you, you need to choose something else. But everything is very rationally planned and as functional as possible, everything is done well, everything works, the equipment is in good condition. The bed is not too wide, but very comfortable for 2 people of average build, pillows of two types, I especially liked the hard orthopedic ones, bedding and towels are in perfect condition, no complaints about cleanliness. A lot of consumables are provided, from water, coffee, tea to all sorts of toothbrushes, razors, combs, etc., in my opinion, some accessories are even redundant, they could be given out on request. Soundproofing and air conditioning are acceptable, although not ideal, decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast (9 USD per person) was standard menu options in a cafe nearby. We chose Japanese, it suited us, although it was quite modest, but it saved us time searching for options on the first day of our stay in Tokyo. In general, the price/quality ratio is good, but here you should take into account that the price can vary greatly depending on the season, month and day of the week. If you are at the peak of the season or the May holidays, then 150-200 USD may seem like too much for such a tiny room, and with a price of 80-90 USD on ordinary days it looks more attractive.

Our first time here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached offers an excellent price and tasty real food. Japanese breakfast came with salmon, rice, egg and some salads. Coffee Tea juice or water. People told us the room would be small. It was but do able. I call it efficient. Had a fridge,a desk, a kettle and private bath. Suitcase fit under the bed.No closet, there were hooks in the wall. Hangers on a small hook. Reminded us of an RV space. Well thought out. Room was clean and comfortable. Yukata pj in drawer for your use. Bed was a full or double bed. We found bed quite comfortable. We were on 10th floor and found it quiet.Great location. Convenience stores, 711,Lawson and family Mart a grocery store, and several train stations and a metro station all nearby for getting around. Hop on hop off tour stops nearby also. Convenient transport by skyacess from Narita. Purchased our ticket at skyliner office. As noted on hotel website. We got on at terminal 1 no transfers. We arrived at "our" station and were turned around. No problem asked at APA hotel close to that station and they directed us to our hotel. We did each have 1 suitcase. No trouble on transit or walking to hotel. We have found not all stations have elevators or escalators be sure you are able to carry your bag if necessary. Microwave and pant press available. Property photos accurately depict hotel and services. Noticed a jazz bar a couple blocks away there were several restaurants nearby including a Denny's.

This hotel is ideally located for tourists, surrounded by entrances to multiple subway and train lines, several convenience stores, and even a nearby pharmacy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always doing their best to resolve any issues so you could relax and enjoy your stay. We personally needed an extra phone charger and help arranging an airport transfer, and both requests were handled smoothly and promptly. Breakfast offered seven different sets to choose from, each delicious and thoughtfully prepared. That said, if you're staying longer than a week, the rotation might start to feel a bit repetitive. Other highlights: a huge TV in the room, a bathroom with drinkable tap water and a great shower, plus on-demand cleaning and fresh towels whenever you need them. All in all, a very comfortable and well-supported stay.

The room was, great every day we received fresh towels and kimonos. Also location was even better than we thought very close to metro and combinis and local izakayas - great place. Walking distance was to Asakusa and Akihabara. We've tried a breakfast once It was delicious, fish bowl of rice and some miso soup and couple veggies - (just once cause we've wanted to try more places but the local restaurant is really worth trying) Coffee wasn't the best in a hotel restaurant but great coffee spot is very close to hotel on corner of Midori-dori St and Kyu-Nikko-Kaido St called Berth Coffee

Filip

Good location in a less busy part of Tokyo. Easy access to trains and subways. There are a few eateries around Bakurocho and Akihabara is only around a 10-15 minute walk away. Rooms are small but clean and tidy with all required amenities provided inline with similar business style hotels. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful which made me feel very welcomed. They made checking in as well as luggage transportation to my next destination an easy process. Being a smaller apa, the accommodation felt nice and cozy. Would definitely recommend 🙂
